Plasco, Inc.

JD Ford & Company was engaged by the shareholders of Plasco, Inc. to provide valuation services to assist in a buy-sell agreement between the two sole shareholders of the Company. The valuation provided a fair market value measurement, which was higher than the shareholders had anticipated. Due to this higher than expected valuation, the shareholders elected to pursue a sale of the entire business to a third party. JD Ford & Company then served as financial advisor to and represented Plasco, Inc., in a sale of its assets to Trend Technologies.
