Good Decal Company was a family owned business, but due to the size and complexity of the business, outside capital and management expertise were needed. JD Ford & Company was engaged to assess the fair market value of the Company and to evaluate the viability of selling the Company to a third party. This valuation and marketability assessment ultimately led to JD Ford & Company serving as Good Decal's financial advisor in the sale of its assets to Wallace.
