JD Ford & Company of Denver, Colorado, has completed another acquisition for Thomas Industries, LLC, a premier manufacturer and supplier of yarn and carpet headquartered in Dalton, Georgia. The purchase of Yanoor Corporation expands the company’s markets by adding a division focused on supplying products to retail and distribution “home center” customers, which deliver carpet and flooring directly to the consumer.

The acquisition is expected to provide better service to these customers, offering streamlined, turnkey manufacturing from a single source, while day-to-day operations remain unchanged with Yanoor’s experienced team of personnel joining Thomas Industries to manage the division.
