McCoy Sales Inc.

JD Ford & Company represented the shareholders of McCoy Sales Inc. in the sale of its assets to Colville Capital, LLC, a private equity group based in North Carolina. The transaction allowed the Sellers to successfully recapitalize the Company and reallocate a substantial portion of their net worth outside of the Company while still maintaining an ownership interest in the Company. After performing a valuation and marketability assessment for the Company, we successfully identified, contacted and facilitated negotiations with a variety of potential acquirers, including Colville Capital. Upon determining that Colville was the most qualified buyer, we represented our client through detailed negotiations and guided the Company through the comprehensive due diligence process.
