JD Ford & Company represented the shareholders of the largest commercial carpet dealer in the Rocky Mountain region. Working with management, JD Ford & Company orchestrated a competitive sale of the Company to the largest carpet manufacturer in the world. The transaction was structured as a stock for stock merger in which the Kahn shareholders received fully registered and freely tradable NYSE-listed securities. Kahn & Company's senior management also received executive employment agreements and they continue to operate the business.
