Good Decal, Inc.

JD Ford & Company represented the shareholders of the largest screen-printing company in the Rocky Mountain region in the sale of its assets to Wallace, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company with revenues in excess of $1 billion. In this transaction we developed a selling strategy that created liquidity for the owners of this 30-year-old family business, while enabling the family members to remain active in the company. To complete this transaction JD Ford & Company demonstrated to Wallace, a leading manufacturer of business forms, that the addition of screen-printed labels would be complementary to its existing business. We also demonstrated how Good Decal's business could grow dramatically by leveraging Wallace's sales and distribution capabilities.
